Hey everyone here Haroon Shahzad, so the month of Ramadan is here, and it is the best time to make important changes in your lifestyle, I am a Muslim but as a Pakistani, Ramadan is widely celebrated here. To help you.

And be sure to print them so that fasting during the month of Ramadan is the best time to make important changes in your lifestyle. Such as understanding food portions, self-control, understanding your relationship with food and how you eat. Really appreciate the years. Don't wait until the first day of Ramadan to start eating better or exercising.

You must make changes now. That's okay because we say it won't happen if you leave it until tomorrow. Start cutting out sugary snacks. . And reduce the amount of static foods and drinks from your diet and learn to drink more water. Now is also a good time for you to start adjusting your exercise schedule.
